Return & Exchanges
From the date your piece arrives at your door, we give you exactly 5 days to contact us for a Return or Exchange. If you decide your piece is not for you, reach out to us at email@example.com to initiate your return or exchange. All items must be returned in its original condition with original packaging, if not you will be responsible for any loss in value and shipped back within 5 days of receiving return authorization.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:
- Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale.
- Items on Sale
- Items Purchased During a Sales Event
- Custom orders: Any jewelry piece we do not carry on our site.
- Specialized orders: If we order a piece in a gold color, custom chain length, or ring size that we do not carry on our site.
- If a parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address provided, it is not in our ability to refund or exchange the item.
Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page to ensure complete transparency. Please read this carefully before making your purchase!
Refunds take approximately one week to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 7 days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
